Revitalizant is used to restore the friction surface of metal with wear up to 70% without mechanical damage
Revitalizant RVS-IPI (Repair and restoration composition for the creation of an intelligent surface isomorph) is used to restore metal wear.
The revitalizant RVS-IPI consists of minerals of the hydroolivin group, which contain a large amount of structural water, which takes part in the structuring of the crystal lattice of the metal (occupies the cell of an atom or ion).

During the operation of mechanical parts, friction of metal pairs occurs, their wear occurs - cavities are formed. In the process of friction, breaks occur in the peaks of these cavities.
Microflares with a local temperature of at least 1000 C are formed - conditions are created to start the operation of the revitalizant. From the minerals of the product, an unbalanced globule of molecules from water ions is released, which sobs, creating a pressure of hundreds of Mpa - the phenomenon of cavitation (See the Wikipedia article).
The crystal lattice of the surface layer of the metal begins to break, which allows minerals to penetrate to a depth of 300-400 microns. There is a modification of the initial metal layer - vacancies and dislocations of the crystal lattice are filled (See Wikipedia articles Crystal Defects and Dislocation (crystallography)). This makes it possible to stop the process of fatigue destruction of the metal and limit the process of hydrogen embrittlement.
From the surface layer of the metal, free radicals of minerals replace weak atoms in the crystal lattice of the source metal - the hydration process starts. The released atoms are pushed to the surface and due to chemical bonds, a new bulk crystal lattice is formed - an isomorph layer (up to 300-400 microns).
When the isomorphic layer has completely filled the cavity, its peaks disappear. They are no longer being scrapped, i.e. there are no more conditions for starting the work of the RVS-IPI. The recovery process stops. Therefore, the use of the product in any mechanisms is absolutely safe, because the formation of a new layer of metal cannot increase the size of the wear site. Thus, the product does not affect the gaps of the mechanisms!
The main characteristics of the modified coatings obtained:
The coefficient of linear thermal expansion is 13.6 - 14.2.
The coefficient of friction is 0.002-0.005.
The microhardness of the surface is up to 1000HV.
Impact strength >60 kg/mm2.
High corrosion resistance.
The chemical composition of the modified layer has significant differences from the source metal. (See the tests carried out in the laboratory of YURGU).

Confirmation of the abrasive effect on the metal surface with the removal of thick and medium-thick oxide films formed during the operation of the equipment.
Formation of a juvenile metal surface and thin protective oxide films.
2. Investigation of the microstructure and chemical composition of the modified layer in the testing laboratory of the JURSU
Visual confirmation of the modification of the surface layer of the metal - penetration of the revitalizant into the depth of the metal and filling its flaws (vacancies and dislocations).
Visual confirmation of the formation of a juvenile metal surface - an isomorph layer.
Comparison of the chemical composition of the starting metal and the isomorphic layer.
3. Investigation of the depth of the hardened layer in the test center "TEST-EURASIA"
Increasing the hardness of the metal surface layer.
Change in the roughness of the surface layer of the metal.

Revitalizant will clean the metal surface and the lubrication system from carbon deposits and resinous deposits; restore and modify the crystal lattice of the metal for the purpose of hardening; grow a new surface layer of metal; stop the process of fatigue destruction of metal and the process of hydrogen embrittlement
