Transmission Treatment Instruction

Restoration can be performed for manual transmissions, automatic transmissions, transfer gearboxes, as well as front and rear axle differentials, each of which should have no mechanical damage.

The presence of sediment in the vial is allowed; shake well before use.

Processing should be carried out at the rate of 0.5 grams of RVS-IPI powder per 5 litres of gear oil.

Front-wheel drive cars (gearbox is combined with final drive): pour the contents of the vial into the gearbox housing.

Rear-wheel drive cars: pour one half of the contents of the vial into the change gearbox housing, and the other half into the rear axle housing.

Four-wheel drive cars:

Calculate the required amount of product per volume of oil and divide it in four parts with a syringe:

• pour the first part of the contents into the manual transmission housing,

• pour the second part into the transfer gearbox,

• pour the third part into the front axle housing,

• pour the fourth part into the rear axle housing.

After pouring the content of the vial, it is required (for all types of drives) to drive 20 to 40 km, loading each gear evenly, including the reverse gear.

Additional treatment should be carried out in case of increased wear on the transmission.

The treatment result:

• Reduced fuel consumption.

• The optimal geometry of worn transmission surfaces and parts is restored.

• The resource of the unit increases by 2 to 3 times.

• The level of vibration and noise is reduced.

It is recommended to re-treat the transmission at least each 150,000 km of run.
