Engine Treatment Instruction
Attention!
It is not recommended to use the revitalizant if any improvers or additives were previously added to the current engine oil. In this case, the use of the revitalizant is possible after a thorough flushing of the engine and changing the engine oil.
It is not recommended to use RVS-IPI revitalizant for restoring an engine with a compression of less than 4 kg/cm2, with obvious knocking, or oil consumption of more than 5 l per 1,000 km.
Instruction
Carry out a preliminary check of the initial state of the engine and make sure that there are no mechanical damages or critical wear of parts.
Carry out repairs if necessary.
The revitalizant must be added to the engine oil after at least 3,000 km of run after engine oil is replaced. It is recommended to carry out the treatment with the oil pan drain plug without a magnet!
Processing should be carried out at the rate of 0.5 grams of RVS-IPI powder per 5 litres of engine oil.
The presence of sediment in the vial is allowed; shake well before use.
1. Start the engine, warm it up to operating temperature, and stop it.
2. Open the oil filler cap and pour the contents of the vial into it. Close the oil filler cap.
3. Start the engine, perform throttling 3 to 4 times, and without stopping the engine drive at least 50 km.
A slight increase in engine temperature (3 to 4 degrees) is possible within 5 to 7 minutes when starting the process of restoring friction parts.
Operate the car in normal mode further on. To fully restore the engine, you need to drive at least 4,000 km before changing the oil.
It is recommended to use the revitalizant even in new cars for quick running-in of engine components and improvement of specifications.
In case of medium to severe engine wear, it is recommended to treat the engine with the first vial from the kit, drive 1,000 to 2,000 km, and change engine oil and oil filter. Then, drive at least 3,000 km and treat the engine with the second vial in accordance with steps 1 to 3.
In case of discrepancy between the indicators and rating values (for example, in terms of compression) of one or more engine cylinders, it is recommended to treat such cylinders with the revitalizant either through spark plug holes or nozzle holes.
The reasons for the lack of the desired result when processing an engine using the RVS-IPI technology may be previously formed critical wear, including unacceptable ellipticity and tapering of cylinder liners, critical malfunctions and breakdowns, incomplete tightness of distribution valves, a previously obtained fuel system setting failure, etc. Additional processing of the cylinder-piston group through the spark plug holes is recommended to achieve the proper result.
The recommended application interval is 100,000 km.
