GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. What is the thickness of the isomorphic layer obtained as a result of revitalization?

The thickness of the isomorphic layer directly depends on the degree of wear of the metal.

Depending on the depth of the caverns (places) of wear, the thickness of the isomorphic layer can reach 300-400 microns (0.3-0.4 mm).

2. Will the isomorphic layer grow beyond the norm? Will the engine jam?

The revitalizant RVS-IPI begins to be included in the work when a cavity is formed during the wear process, i.e. rather large irregularities appear on the metal surface along the edges of the cavity. The product is triggered when the peaks of the conjugate surfaces are broken, developing the phenomenon of cavitation, which creates prerequisites for the diffusion process, since the atomic structure of metals is always consistent with their permeability. Thus, an isomorph layer with another more voluminous and plastic crystal lattice will form in place of the cavity. Thus, as long as there is a reason for cavitation pops, the isomorph will grow, leveling the geometric surface of worn metals. There are no more peaks on the restored surfaces, there is no cavitation, and the growth of the isomorph stops.

Therefore, the Revitalizant RVS-IPI cannot jam the engine or harm it somehow.

3. Will the isomorphic layer crumble during operation?

No. The coefficient of linear thermal expansion of the isomorphic layer will not differ from the base metal, so there will be no chips and premature destruction.

4. Can RVS-IPI clog oil filters?

No. The powder particles have sizes from 1-3 microns, which is significantly smaller than any filter grids.

5. When is it recommended to start using the Revitalizant RVS-IPI?

It is recommended to use the Revitalizant RVS-IPI at any stage of vehicle operation.

6. Can the use of more product than indicated in the instructions harm?

Unlike any additives (metal conditioners, remetalizants, geomodifiers), excessive use of RVS-IPI can do no harm (for example, jam the engine). When an isomorphic layer grows at all places of wear, the remains of the product will be in the oil without entering into any reactions with it. During the oil change, the remaining RVS-IPI powder will be drained together with the oil.

7. How to feel the effect of revitalizant on your car?

You can feel the improvements in the operation of the car after 100-300 km after processing. Subjectively, you will feel an increase in power, pick-up, elasticity, and a change in the sound of engine operation according to modes.

Engine

1. Is it possible to process new engines under warranty?

Yes. The use of RVS-IPI on new cars can significantly reduce the running-in time of engine parts to just a few hours.

2. How long does the effect of the revitalizant last?

In normal operation, the grown isomorphic layer is preserved even when running more than 100,000 km.

3. Does it make sense to re-process the engine at a lower mileage?

It makes sense to carry out re-treatment no more than 100,000 km to restore the surface on which there was initially no wear and an isomorphic layer did not form there.

4. Which oil is better to be processed on: old, new, synthetic, mineral?

It does not matter, because RVS-IPI does not enter into chemical reactions with engine oil, does not change its viscosity and operational properties. The main thing is that after processing the RVS-IPI with this oil, you have traveled at least 4000 kilometers, because it is during this period that revitalization takes place.

5. Will the RVS-IPI settle at the bottom of the pallet when the car is forced to park for a long time and will it lose its effectiveness?

After pouring the revitalizant filler neck into the oil, it is required to warm up the engine and drive at least 70 km or leave the car idling for 30 minutes and periodically increase the RPM to 3000-4000. During this time, the revitalizant will be evenly distributed in the engine oil throughout the system and will begin to act. 6. Will the RVS-IPI help with reduced oil pressure at "idle" (the oil pressure lamp flashes)?

7. Will RVS-IPI help with increased oil consumption?

8. How is fuel economy achieved?

13. Will the Revitalizant damage the turbine?

Revitalizant RVS-IPI is recommended for turbocharged engines. It significantly extends the service life of the turbine by restoring the sliding bearings.

FUEL EQUIPMENT

1. Is it necessary to time the processing of the diesel engine and fuel equipment, or is it better to do it at the same time?

2. Can it be used for the "Common Rail" injection system?

Revitalizant can be used for any fuel equipment, including modern systems such as "Common Rail", "Pumpe-Düse" (pump-nozzle). 3. Is it possible to use revitalizant in modern robotic checkpoints?

Can. Robotic gearbox and Dual clutch transmission (Dual clutch transmission) are, in fact, advanced manual transmissions.

4. Is it possible to use RVS-IPI in bridges with self-locking differentials?

Can. In such bridges, the transmission of the friction torque occurs through the oil and depends on its viscosity. Revitalizant RVS-IPI has no effect on the oil!

5. Is it possible to use RVS-IPI on CVT machines with a V-belt variator?
